LAST ORDERS: TUESDAY 18th December 2018
COLLECTION DATES: 20th – 22nd December 2018
Our turkeys are certified organic Hockenhull bronze turkeys, which have been reared as free range outdoor birds in our Forest Garden under our organic certification. Bronze turkeys do well outdoors and by grazing them on grass and a variety of windfall fruits, as well as top range organic feed, we produce happy, healthy and well-flavoured birds for your Christmas feast.
We will always undertake to over-compensate on weights, but our turkeys are only available on a first-come-first-served basis and so those making late orders will have to take what is available.

If you would like further help on sizing your turkey, please call the office on 041 988 4861 or e mail email@example.com with the number of adults and children you’ll be feeding.
We have a limited number of dry cured hams (on and off the bone) for sale from the farm. This will be from our outdoor reared rare breed pigs and can be ordered on or off the bone. Our organic hams are low salt with sodium nitrite level under 50 mg/kg without added nitrate, phosphate or added water.
Our pricing is based on hams on the bone, which we recommend especially when organic as it will improve the flavour and is 100% natural. See https://www.telegraph.co.uk/foodanddrink/healthyeating/3326866/Savvy-shopper-ham.html for more information on why organic hams are much better both ethically and in terms of health.
If you would like an off-the-bone ham we will need your order in and paid for by 5th December 2018.
Price per kilo: €17/kg (on the bone) and €16/kg (off the bone). Weights range from 1.5kg to 7kg.
