ROCK FARM SLANE – CONCERT ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Your booking

These terms apply to concert accommodation and motorhome pitch bookings at Rock Farm Slane, operated by Rock Farm Eco Tourism Ltd

Please read these terms and your chosen accommodation description before booking. Your booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and receive the required payment.

The lead guest must be aged 18 or over and is responsible for providing accurate booking details and sharing these terms with everyone in their group.

2. Accommodation and inclusions

Your booking includes only the accommodation, dates, occupancy and services expressly listed in your booking confirmation.

Accommodation may include yurts, shepherd huts, bell tents or motorhome pitches. Beds, bedding, towels, electricity and other facilities vary by accommodation type; please check the description before booking.

Toilet and shower facilities may be shared. Motorhome pitches do not include a vehicle, bedding or electrical hook-up unless expressly stated.

Breakfast, meals, drinks, activities and other extras are charged separately unless specifically included.

Photographs illustrate the accommodation style; individual units and layouts may vary without materially reducing the standard booked.

3. Concert tickets

Accommodation-only bookings do not include concert tickets, hospitality access, grandstand seating or priority concert entry.

Guests must arrange their own valid concert tickets unless their booking expressly states otherwise. Concert admission remains subject to the organiser’s conditions, including age restrictions and entry requirements.

Accommodation parking does not confer priority concert parking or access to restricted roads.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro. The total price, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, will be shown before payment.

Any cancellation charge will be subject to the cancellation provisions below.

5. All Sales Are Final – Cancellations and Changes

All sales are final. Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable if you cancel, fail to arrive, arrive late or leave early. Please check your dates, accommodation type and guest numbers carefully before booking.

Date changes, accommodation changes and transfers to another guest are not guaranteed and require Rock Farm Slane’s prior written agreement.

For accommodation-only bookings, cancellation, postponement or changes to the concert do not automatically entitle you to a refund or transfer where your accommodation remains available as booked.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights or your entitlement to a refund where Rock Farm Slane cancels your accommodation or a refund is otherwise required by law. Any cancellation charge or payment retained remains subject to applicable consumer law.

We recommend arranging travel insurance that covers cancellation and checking the policy’s exclusions.

6. Concert cancellation, postponement or changes

For accommodation-only bookings, your reservation is for the accommodation and dates confirmed.

If the concert is cancelled, postponed or altered but we remain able to provide the accommodation as booked, our guest cancellation terms normally continue to apply, subject to your statutory rights.

Bookings do not automatically transfer to a rescheduled concert date. We will explain any transfer options available, including availability and price differences.

This clause does not govern bookings sold as a combined ticket-and-accommodation package.

7. Changes or cancellation by Rock Farm Slane

If we cannot provide your accommodation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where available, we may offer suitable alternative accommodation. You do not have to accept a material change. If we cancel your booking and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund payments for the accommodation and associated services we cannot provide.

If part of your stay is affected, we will explain the available remedies, including any appropriate refund. Nothing in these terms limits other remedies available under consumer law.

8. Arrival and departure

Please have your booking confirmation and identification available at check-in. All overnight guests must be registered, and numbers must not exceed the booked occupancy.

Late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departure may incur a reasonable charge where it causes additional costs; any applicable rate will be disclosed before booking.

Keys, access devices and any accommodation wristbands must be kept secure and returned where requested. Wristbands and access credentials must not be passed to unregistered guests, lost or misplaced wristbands can not be replaced. 

9. Parking, road closures and concert access

Guests must use the designated accommodation parking and follow staff and traffic-management instructions.

Concert road closures and access restrictions may affect arrival and departure. Please read your pre-arrival information and allow additional travel time.

Walking routes may cross uneven rural ground and may differ for outward and return journeys. Guests must use the designated routes and must not enter restricted land or attempt an unauthorised river crossing.

Any shuttle, bridge or river-crossing service is included only where expressly confirmed. Do not assume that an outward route will be available after the concert.

Emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.

10. Guest conduct and quiet hours

Please respect other guests, staff, neighbours, livestock and the farm environment.

Quiet hours are 23:00 – 08:00. Amplified music and behaviour causing unreasonable disturbance are not permitted.

Threatening behaviour, harassment, violence, illegal activity, deliberate damage or serious breaches of safety instructions may result in removal from the site. Where appropriate, guests will first be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any decision to end a stay will be proportionate to the circumstances. Refunds and deductions will be assessed fairly against services provided and reasonable losses incurred.

Only registered guests and authorised visitors may enter accommodation areas.

11. Fire safety and the farm environment

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside accommodation units and indoor communal areas.

Do not use candles, disposable barbecues, camping stoves or other naked flames inside accommodation. Cooking equipment may be used only in designated areas and in accordance with site instructions.

Do not tamper with alarms, extinguishers or other safety equipment.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Guests must not enter farm buildings, machinery areas, animal enclosures or waterways unless access is expressly authorised.

Suitable footwear, weatherproof clothing and a torch are recommended.

12. Motorhomes and campervans

Vehicles must fit within the booked pitch and any size limits disclosed before booking.

Awnings, additional tents, generators and extra vehicles require prior agreement. Electrical hook-up is available only where expressly included.

Wastewater and toilet waste must be disposed of only in designated facilities. Discharge onto the ground is prohibited.

Vehicles must be safely maintained. Engines must not be left running unnecessarily.

13. Food, drink and additional facilities

Food service, bars and activities operate during the advertised hours and may require advance booking.

Please tell us about dietary requirements or allergies when ordering. 

Alcohol will be served only to guests aged 18 or over, and valid identification may be requested.

Hot tubs, the natural swimming pool, spa facilities and other activities are not included unless expressly stated. Separate booking requirements and safety rules may apply.

14. Accessibility and assistance requirements

Rock Farm is a rural site with uneven surfaces, and accommodation layouts vary.

Please contact us before booking to discuss access requirements so that we can provide accurate information and consider appropriate arrangements.

Pet policy: Please contact us about assistance animals so that suitable arrangements can be discussed.

15. Damage, cleaning and belongings

Please leave your accommodation reasonably clean and report damage or faults promptly.

Guests may be charged reasonable, evidenced costs for damage caused by them or their party, missing items or cleaning substantially beyond normal use. Fair wear and tear is excluded.

We will explain any proposed charge and give you an opportunity to respond.

Any security deposit, including its amount, permitted deductions and return arrangements, will be disclosed before booking.

Please secure personal belongings and vehicles. We do not exclude responsibility where loss, injury or damage results from our negligence, breach of contract or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Problems during your stay

Please report any problem promptly to the on-site team so that we have an opportunity to put it right.

In an emergency, call 112 or 999 and notify the on-site team when safe to do so.

Reporting a problem after departure does not remove your statutory rights, although prompt reporting helps us investigate and resolve it.

We process booking and guest information in accordance with our Privacy Notice

Please ensure that other guests are aware that you are providing their information for the booking.

18. Your rights and applicable terms

The terms supplied when you book apply to your reservation. Later website updates do not automatically change an existing booking.

These terms are governed by Irish law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings available to you.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
