The River House sleeps up to 14 people sharing in 6 bedrooms and is situated beside the River Boyne and Ramparts Walk close to Slane Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the village of Slane. The guesthouse has 3 en-suite bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total with a large kitchen dining area and lounge as well as a private garden and off-street parking. The property offers a truly luxurious experience perfect for couples, families or large groups with 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor.

Each bedroom is fully furnished fresh towels are provided and beds are presented fully dressed with fresh crisp linen. Cosy blankets are also provided to keep everyone nice and snug. The decor inside including the furniture creates a classic yet chic space for you to relax, unwind and find comfort.

As a self-catering offering our communal facilities maybe found in the lounge, kitchen and relaxation area. The outdoor space includes a large garden and access to the rest of the farm along a private laneway and is just a 5 minute walk from the Boyne Navigation Ramparts Walk.

Food & Drink

When privately hiring River House, you have exclusive access to the communal kitchen. is a large kitchen dining area. It is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave and fridges. It also has a dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen from toaster to kettle, pots and pans and tableware.

Living Area

Alongside our large dining area, you’ll find a comfortable living area in River House, perfect for relaxing after a day’s activities at Rock Farm Slane.

There is also ample outdoor space which includes a large garden and access to the rest of the farm along a private laneway and is just a 5 minute walk from the Boyne Navigation Ramparts Walk.
