When you book one of our lovely bedrooms here at the Lime House, you will enjoy all the creature comforts of home with our spacious communal dining and living room areas with comfy sofas and woodburning stove for those cool evenings.
You can prepare your meals in the communal kitchen facilities – fully serviced with fridges, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. All kitchen equipment is also included for your use during your stay.

Facilities
Bedrooms
The Lime House boasts six large bedrooms and can sleep up to twenty two people. Four rooms are en-suite and two have a shared bathroom (perfect as a family room).
Each bedroom is fully furnished, fresh towels are provided and beds are presented fully dressed with fresh crisp linen. Cosy blankets are also provided to keep everyone nice and snug. The decor inside including the furniture creates a classic yet chic space for you to relax, unwind and find comfort.
Family Bookings: We can offer a family room which includes two adjoining bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Bedrooms are Upper Barley and Boyne Meadow.
Rooms can be booked individually, in a group or the whole house can be booked for private functions.
Food & Dining
You can prepare your own meals in the communal kitchen facilities – fully serviced with fridges, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. All kitchen equipment is also included for your use during your stay and the long tables and benches in the dining area give a relaxed atmosphere.
Farm Shop (Selected Dates)
We have a Farm Shop offering Rock Farm and Boyne Valley Flavours produce. You can pre-order meat and veg from our organic farm and other select local produce by emailing shop@rockfarmslane.ie
Living Area
The large spacious living and dining area offers multipurpose spaces suitable for a range of activities and meetings. The living space offers a real homely feel with a delightful Waterford Stanley wood-burning stove perfect for those chilly winter evenings on the farm.
The outdoor space includes a large garden and outdoor dining and campfire area with scenic views of the beautiful rolling green fields and the village nestled in the valley. The covered outdoor decking area is equipped with a wood-burning pizza oven, BBQ area and guests can avail of the popular wood-burning hot tub (€45 per booking with hot fill and wood for the stove).

I Can't Wait to Come Back

Fantastic
We stayed here for a small family celebration. The space is huge yet welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of space to all sit together or spread out so as not to be on top of each other. The staff were lovely and helpful without being imposing, just there if you needed them. Kids loved the pool, the adults loved the pizza oven and hot tub. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Fantastic!
Outstanding Stay for 40th Birthday
Where do I start! I booked Rock exclusively for my 40th Birthday party, I had 50 guests come to stay at Lime House and the glamping site, everyone was blow away by the beauty of the place and the service and food. Our stay was full of fun and great memories were made. Thank for for everything and making my birthday a very memorable one.
