The River House
The River House is a 6 bedroom house situated beside the River Boyne and Ramparts Walk close to Slane Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the village of Slane. The guesthouse has 3 en-suite bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total with a large kitchen dining area and lounge as well as a private garden and off-street parking.
The property offers a truly luxurious experience perfect for couples, families or large groups with 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor.
Each bedroom is fully furnished fresh towels are provided and beds are presented fully dressed with fresh crisp linen. Cosy blankets are also provided to keep everyone nice and snug. The decor inside including the furniture creates a classic yet chic space for you to relax, unwind and find comfort.
As a self-catering offering our communal facilities maybe found in the lounge, kitchen and relaxation area. The outdoor space includes a large garden and access to the rest of the farm along a private laneway and is just a 5 minute walk from the Boyne Navigation Ramparts Walk.

Food & Dining
You can prepare your own meals in the communal kitchen facilities – fully serviced with fridges, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. All kitchen equipment is also included for your use during your stay.
Farm Shop (Selected Dates)
We have a Farm Shop offering Rock Farm and Boyne Valley Flavours produce. You can pre-order meat and veg from our organic farm and other select local produce by emailing shop@rockfarmslane.ie

Activities must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment and cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours before departure.
Water Fun on the Boyne
With a host of water activities on the River Boyne (located at the foot of our site) you can avail of Kayaking from April to November starting at €39 per adult or €29 per child.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rock farm. Everything from accommodation to facilities is excellent. The staff are so helpful and pleasant and the surroundings are stunning. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Carina was an excellent host as well as the rest of the state staff. Located next to the banks of the river Boyne offers magnificent views of Slane village, Slane Castle and the state farmland that includes forests.
The place is spotless, spacious, modern and eco-friendly.
We stayed there for a holiday break. The kids loved the farm and truly enjoyed the eco lodge experience. Everything was very cosy. Carine provided excellent tips for dinner and breakfast. We had a blast and will definitely come back
