The Venue
Rock Farm Slane have been hosting weddings since 2014.
Most of our couples opt for a combination of outdoor ceremony using our large stretch tent on the Glamping followed by a drinks reception at the Glamping Shack or Lime House, with dinner and dancing in the Hay Barn.
The Hay Barn is located beside the Lime House and can seat up to 200 guests at long banquet style tables offering a relaxed rustic barn wedding style.
The large open space includes a dining hall, dance floor, stage, bar as well as a lounge space, and gravelled outdoor area to the front.
We have beautiful settings for you to choose from each offering you the opportunity to create your own bespoke wedding. Simply decide on venue type, menu, theme and size of wedding and we can prepare a costing to suit your budget.
Wedding Setting Options Include:
- Hay Barn - for dinner and dancing up to 200 guests
- Glamping - for outdoor ceremony and reception (with an indoor alternative)
- The Lime House - a stunning eco lodge venue for smaller intimate weddings.

The Ceremony
Rock Farm is the ideal place for an individual and stand-out wedding with tonnes of options for personalisation. There are many different locations to have a ceremony on the farm. We offer:
The Ceremony Under The Big Sycamore or in our beautiful Lime House gardens which offer an intimate space for your wedding on the upper lawn or beside the house.
Our unique offering at Rock Farm Slane combines a high-end service in beautiful natural surroundings. We can offer a beautiful stretch tent in our packages which is a great option for couples to have their ceremonies on the glamp site.
Couples looking to host a civil ceremony/civil partnership at Rock Farm Slane would need to contact Meath County Council Registrar directly for pre-authorisation for approval of venue.

Catering
Rock Farm Slane is a working organic farm, and we provide all the catering onsite.
We have a range of menus from BBQ Mixed Grill and Pig on a Spit to a Four course menu with Vegetarian and Vegan options available.
A buffet style menu is perfect if you are looking for a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Intimate Weddings
We also offer small Intimate Weddings and Glamping or Lime House Only weddings (excluding the
Hay Barn). Prices vary, so please contact us on weddings@rockfarmslane.ie to discuss the options

Guest & Bridal Accomodation
As a gold-certified Ecotourism Ireland destination, Rock Farm Slane specialises in mixed guest and bridal accommodation.
Boutique Camping
Rock Farm's star attraction is the boutique campsite which can sleep up to 28 people sharing in our luxury Yurts and romantic Shepherd's Huts.
Where your numbers are greater we offer luxury furnished Bell Tents which are pitched around the Yurts to give a real festival theme keeping everyone together onsite.
The Limehouse Eco Guesthouse
The Lime House is a strawbale house that can sleep up to 22 sharing.
This guesthouse will suit those members of the bridal party who are looking for quiet surroundings away from the celebrations. Five of the six rooms are en suite with access to shared living room, lounge and kitchen areas. This property is available for private hire and would serve perfectly as the space for your wedding ceremony.
Bridal Accommodation
The Swallows Nest is situated in the secluded House Field overlooking untouched Meath countryside and woodlands. It offers a secluded spot for the bridal couple to celebrate their wedding night and as a perfect honeymoon hide-away for you both to relax in after your wedding day.
