Important Information
Motorhome Guests
2 night stay (Friday 17th & Saturday 18th July)
Your standard motorhome booking includes Friday 17th and Saturday 18th July only.
All motorhomes must depart by 10.00am on Sunday 19th July, unless you have pre-booked an extension to stay Sunday night.
Arrival
Friday 17 July
- Check-in: 3.00pm – 8.00pm
- No entry permitted after 8pm, please revert to entering between 9am and 11am on Saturday morning.
- Access is via the GREEN ROUTE on the N2 only.
- Please follow all Garda, steward and traffic marshal directions.
If you are delayed until Saturday morning, check-in is available between 9.00am and 11.00am only.
Vehicle Movements
Once your motorhome has been parked:
- No vehicle movements are permitted from 8.00pm Friday until departures begin at 1.00am Sunday morning.
- Motorhomes must leave the site by 10.00am Sunday.
- Once you leave the site you will not be permitted to re-enter with your vehicle.
3 night stay (Friday 17th, Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th July)
Same as above except your departure will be Monday 20th July between 8am and 12pm.
All motorhomes must vacate site by 12pm.
1 night stay (Sunday 19th July only)
Arrivals can only be accepted between 9am and 9.30am or 11am and 12pm on Sunday 19th July.
Departures will be Monday 20th July between 8am and 12pm.
All motorhomes must vacate site by 12pm on Monday 20th July

The gate may be closed out of hours. There is a number pad on either side and an intercom if you require assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I move my motorhome during the weekend?
No. Once parked, motorhomes must remain in their allocated pitch until the authorised departure period begins.
Can friends visit me?
Only guests named on the booking and wearing Rock Farm wristbands may access the campsite.
Can I bring a caravan?
No. Unfortunately caravans cannot be accommodated on site.
Is there electricity?
No.
There are no electric hook-ups available.
Can I refill my fresh water tank?
Yes.
Fresh drinking water is available.
Please bring your own hose or suitable water container, as we are unable to provide filling equipment or connect directly to motorhomes.
Can I empty my grey-water or toilet cassette?
Yes.
A designated grey-water disposal point and chemical toilet disposal point are available at the main farm.
Please use the designated facilities only.
Can I arrive after 8pm on Friday?
Only by prior arrangement.
Otherwise, the next available check-in is between 9.00am and 11.00am on Saturday morning.
Can I walk back into the campsite after the concert?
Yes.
Guests wearing Rock Farm wristbands may leave and return to the campsite on foot throughout the weekend.
Can I leave my motorhome on Sunday while attending the second concert?
No.
Standard two-night bookings finish at 10.00am Sunday.
Guests attending the Sunday concert must pre-book an additional night's stay, subject to availability.
Can I bring a generator?
No.
Generators are not permitted anywhere on site.
Can I bring my dog?
No. Only registered assistance dogs approved in advance are permitted.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Public Wi-Fi is not available in the campsite. Mobile coverage is generally good but may become busy before and after the concert.
Where are the showers?
Hot showers are located beside the Hay Barn, approximately 400 metres from the motorhome field.
Where can I buy food and drinks?
The Hay Barn Bar will be serving food and drinks throughout the weekend.
Walk-up availability cannot be guaranteed, so pre-booking is recommended where possible.
What if I lose my wristband?
Please visit Reception or speak to a member of security immediately.
Replacement wristbands may only be issued to the original lead booker after identity checks.

Rock Farm Slane is an organic farm and certified ecotourism business.
